See the Thunderbird at Faaker See!

Triumph is in Austria this weekend for the annual week of fun and activities taking place around the beautiful Faaker See lake, close to Austria’s borders with Italy and Slovenia.

The event will mark the first public showing of Triumph’s new 1600cc Thunderbird cruiser, which will join the range from 2010. We’ll have two Thunderbirds on display, one standard bike and another which has been given the full treatment by Triumph’s accessories team. Also making its first public appearance is the 2009 Street Triple R the 2009 Daytona 675 and the Bonneville 50th Anniversary Special Edition.

Visitors can also test ride a variety of models from the current Triumph range on the beautiful mountain roads surrounding the area, while Kevin Carmichael, Triumph’s official stunt rider, will be on hand to wow the crowds with his amazing display.

The event starts on Saturday 30 August and runs through to Sunday 7 September. See you there!
