The ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTIONIST position is a challenging role that includes liaising with different departments within the parts and accessories business worldwide.
Tasks involved include:
• Processing Credit Notes
• Electronic document management
• Business Management reporting
• Stock movement control
• Holidays & Absence reporting
• Supporting overseas office enquiries
We are looking for someone who is conscientious, is proficient on the common Windows software applications, has the ability to learn Triumph specific systems and enjoys being part of a hard working team.
