The Bonneville Bobber Black Story

Darker, meaner, stronger.

The muscular new Bonneville Bobber Black combines timeless Bonneville DNA and hot rod style with an even more rebellious attitude and the highest level of specification.

The latest addition to the Bonneville Bobber family has a number of new higher specification features and fully blacked out finishes that makes it one of the darkest, meanest and most aggressive rides in the Triumph range.

A BOBBER WITH ATTITUDE

From its muscular new Showa forks set-up, twin discs, Brembo brakes and fat 16’’ front wheel to its blacked out engine, seat pan, headlight rim and sawn-off twin silencers and onto the handcrafted and unique detailing of the tank and chassis, every part of the motorcycle is darker and meaner.

The Bonneville Bobber brings an altogether darker attitude with fully blacked details and finishes across the whole motorcycle, with black handlebars, brake pedal, footrests, gear lever, brake & clutch levers and fenders all joining the blacked out engine and sprocket covers to create that thrilling, meaner, tougher look. Add to that the black wheel hubs, black exhaust headers and black twin-skin slash cut stubby silencers that deliver the rich and raw Bobber sound, and the result is a machine that screams attitude.

ENGINE AND TECHNOLOGY

At the heart of the Bonneville Bobber Black you’ll find the category-leading, Bonneville 1200cc high-torque engine with its unique Bobber tune. The liquid cooled, 8 valve parallel twin produces 76Bhp (57 kW) @ 6,100rpm and peak torque of 106Nm @ 4,000rpm, up to 10% more torque than the Bonneville T120. The power plant that drives the Bonneville Bobber Black is as aggressive as the motorcycle looks.

The Bonneville Bobber Black has a significant amount of innovative, rider focused technology, discreetly packaged to deliver the iconic silhouette of the bobber. The first-in-class adjustable floating aluminium single seat has a low height of 688mm, which allows for a confident riding position, tailorable to every riders style. The mono-shock suspension system that is tucked neatly underneath the floating seat assists in delivering a smooth and comfortable riding experience. Road and Rain riding modes, switchable traction control, single button cruise control, torque-assist clutch, ABS and an immobiliser all come as standard, and a new fat 16” front wheel helps to create a more aggressive stance without compromising the ride. The latest edition to the Bonneville Bobber family is fronted with a distinctive new 5-inch full-LED multi-function headlight, which includes Triumph’s signature daytime running light system (DRL*) and maker’s mark triangle branding. The Bonneville Bobber Black also sports all-new more muscular 47mm Showa cartridge front forks, twin 310mm front discs and twin Brembo 2-piston sliding axial calipers.

REBELLIOUS ATTITUDE MEETS MODERN DAY PERFORMANCE

Look further into the details and you’ll find authenticity and premium quality in every part. The heritage inspired battery cover with stainless steel strap, the classic rear ‘drum brake’ inspired hub, the carb-styled twin throttle bodies, the distinctive swing ‘cage’ with hard tail look and the rear mudguard loop all add to the classic authenticity and quality detailing of this aggressive looking genuine factory custom.

The Bonneville Bobber Black… a darker, meaner, stronger machine with minimalistic looks and a rebellious attitude that delivers unrivalled modern day performance.
